What a joy I have working with people about to make one of the most significant decisions in their lives. It’s a fact, buying and selling homes rank in the top five highest stress events we encounter. This initially causes people temporary emotional turmoil. Most often, I can still the troubled waters. I am told by those I work with that this calming effect for them is most appreciated.

I entered the Real Estate Business after a long corporate career in accounting and taxes. I strongly believe that helping people in real estate negotiations is far more rewarding than working with spreadsheets and tax forms.

I have consistently pursued knowledge through higher education. Having the BSBA and MBA degrees was very important in the corporate world where I operated and is still beneficial to me today. 

However, the days and weeks and effort necessary to earn special Designations in real estate make me more valuable to my customers.

Those designations I have achieved are:

  • GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute)
  • CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert
  • SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist,
  • MRP (Military Relocation Professional)
  • and most recently the CSA (Certified Staging Advocate)

I will continually seek more knowledge to better serve my customers who are from all age groups and economic backgrounds.
