The homes come in between 1,800 and 3,500 square feet and it is a deed restricted community. An average home in the community will have about 2,600 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Homes in Odom’s Mill start in the high $300s and go up to as much as about $500K. They were built between 1988 and 2001 by three different builders.
Found in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, Odom’s Mill is part of St. Johns County. The county is one of the wealthiest in the country and home to some of the best public schools in the state. Residents enjoy a close location to Mickler’s Landing Beach and many other area beaches. Plenty of shopping is found nearby and St. Augustine is just a short drive south.

Odom’s Mill also provides a nice playground and a full amenity center. There’s also a basketball court and plenty of open space to enjoy.
